Found a head unit I want to purchase, it has a lot of features that a more expensive unit would have, looks good and the price is right. The raw stats are real good as well and I can't find any bad reviews of any of their products.

Problem is, I have never heard of the company who makes it. Now, every company has to start someplace I have read no bad reviews of it but I wanted to ask you guys if any of you have read anything about this company or have friends who own any of their products.

    Thanks for any info.

I've installed a few of those so far and i've had a couple come back within a month. I'd recommend a pioneer 8400 or 8500. It cost a more but will last a lot longer.

Same here. The ones I've seen come back had cd skipping issues.

I've never been a fan of Sony's headunits because they seem to be cheaply made and with the exception of the top of the line models, every one ive ever listened to sounded bad. Sony is decent for people who never adjust the sound processor or dont really care if their stereo sounds distorted. I would highly reccomend either a Pioneer Premier (2 year warranty) or a low end Alpine. There are a few other brands out there, but these are among the best.
