My groupings are tight as ever. I had one FTE, I believe it was a failure to extract, It looked like a spent round that didn't get quite ejected, I pulled the slide back and all was good.

Trying to think if I want to go with any 10 rounder mags or anything. The stock mags seem good enough for me.

    Sofar 150 rounds, one fte.

that is pretty good, in my limited experience with 1911's. my "loaded" would FTE at least once every 50 rounds.

What kind of FTE's are you guys experiencing? I always get a handful until it gets broken in, which is around 1k rounds. I've got maybe 3k rounds in my Springer loaded, and it ran flawlessy at todays USPSA event today.

Videos are being edited, shortly to come.

I had a few FTF on the first mag i ran through my kimber tle, after that i never had an issue. I think it was more the mag than anything.

Yeah, the stock Kimber mags are spotty. I use mine as a barney mag loader. With all guns the magazine is a key piece I see overlooked yet plays a very big role in the functionality of a gun, more so in a 1911 as frame specs differ from manufaturer.

It also takes at least 1k rounds to really break on in. I find my kimber likes the bullets at 1.255 OAL in the Round Nose variety. I can get them to feed SWC's, but it's got to be longer.

i got some wilson 47d's and now dont have any issue loading any type of ammo. usually use wwb or umc for range and gold dot for carry.
