So now that I've lost the christmas weight and started to tone up I'm trying to put some weight on now. Goal is 180lbs. Currently 79 Kilos(fucking saudi scales). I've still got a little around my bellybutton I'm trying to lose(that I've almost always had). Been to the gym 2 times now to lift weights(hey, its a start, I hate lifting). My goal is a more defined pecs, wider/thicker chest, stronger legs and lower back(I've never had good core strength and my take downs are suffering from it). I've been running(except for the last 2 weeks due to my knee, but its feeling good) between 2-4 miles a day. I did a mile and a half yesterday on the treadmill to test it and did 2 today. Gonna pick the pace up tomorrow. Today(screw you bed makers): Best I've been(after 3 months of lifting for a fight). Looking for a little bigger chest and stronger legs(you can't see them but I ignored them more than I should).
