    After jeff called me fat I went to the grocery store and bought all fat free stuff. I can start to tell a difference. And I've been really pushing my self at BJJ/MMA to roll/spar all the rounds instead of taking breaks.

    I eat quite a bit, it's just clean.

    7:30 am: 2 hardboiled eggs w/out yolk, 1 piece fruit, oatmeal
    10:30 am: carrots or a granola bar
    1:30 pm: vegan meal of some sort, usually salad or stir fry some vegetables with minimal veggie oil
    4:00 pm: some fresh veggies
    7:00 pm: Fish or chicken, some kind of carb (pasta or rice), and veggies.

    Hillary what time of the day do you workout? Also Timmah, the fat in food isnt really what makes people put on weight or stops people from taking it off, it has more to do with carb timing and the type of carbs. Buying something that is fat free can end up giving you calories (plus extra sugar usually) that dont make you feel satiated.

    No shit that if you over eat you will gain more weight. There is however a better way for your body to burn more fat (your body fat that is) and get more bang for your buck. If you eat a whole lot of sugar right before bed it will have a different effect on your body than if you eat it within 2 hours of a workout. Your body also works better by timing your food, if you just eat once a day and get the same amount of calories from one meal as you would from 6 it will have a much different effect on your weight loss (including fat/muscle loss).
