Ok, I've installed Windows XP Pro (NTFS) on my c drive & just installed
Open Darwin on D:. After the reboot, it never gave me the option
to boot between the two. For that matter, I don't think it installed
    a boot loader.

The only problem I had during the install, is I think my keyboard froze,
when it asked me to give an admin (root) password. The only key that would
work at the time, was enter (so no password was needed). *odd*

So to make this simple, how do I boot into Open Darwin?
Once I'm there, I'll add a password, as I should

Try adding it to the XP bootloader in boot.ini.

I don't know whether this is actually possible to tell you the truth, but it was in NT4, so I imagine it should be.
