I am the director of a Web Design company. We are looking for somebody with *experience in Joomla 1.5*, that can complete ~5 sites per week. We sell websites to small businesses. I am posting here because I know that OT is filled of skilled individuals.

    Basic Description:
    -Set up cPanel & Database
    -Install Template & Joomla
    -Install Extensions
-Customize the Template (mainly color schemes)
-Customize the site (Modules, menu items..etc)

    Basic Requirements:
-Ability to complete at least 5 sites per week
-Good visual eye for what looks good
    -CSS/HTML knowledge for Color Schemes
    -Knowledge of Joomla, cPanel, Database...etc
-It is preferred that you are available at night time (after 7 PM Arizona Time), but it is not required

You will not need to create/provide any blog content or graphics. All blog content (any articles/reading material) will be installed by the blogger. You will only need to *add* the Logo, Banners, Flash, and Static images that our graphics team creates. The only graphic you will need to create is a basic Favicon.

It's pretty simple, but I need somebody competent and easy to work with. The sites are pretty cookie-cutter, using the same basic features (a few modules, webforms via facileforms, and menu items!)

I'd love to work with the type of person to make recommendations, because I'm the type of person that will listen! The key here is having a good visual eye, being able to create a cool color scheme and layout that matches the client's design information. I will give you a document which lists everything you need to do.

The pay structure is $150-$200 for a full site, which should only take a few hours. Occasionally, we will have simple color scheme changes which pay out $50. This position is an independant contractor position. Right now, we are putting through about 20 sites a month, but it varies depending on our sales. I will hire more developers as needed.

If you feel that you would be a good match, please respond first via PM.

    Thank you.

It'd be a good job for an entry level candidate. :dunno:

I've got a good friend I'm mentoring a bit that I think something like this would be perfect for him.

Entry level for sure, this doesn't even require a brain to complete once the initial setup is learned.
