    Just started a bulk (first time) and wanted to keep track of it all. Trying to keep it clean too. Going to go to the end of February and see what I look like then. Classes started today and got situated at a new job so I can start this routine and keep to it.

    Actually started eating last week to get into it. Sucked at first but now my stomach can handle it a bit better now. I'm weak.

    as the others have said... drop the cals and see if you gain on 3k or so. if not bump by 200 every week until you're gaining .5-1lb a week. sounds like a get fat quick diet.

    most of us that have done it regret it

    Sounds good. This is what I've been doing.

    Honestly, if I could cut the whites and oatmeal out of the first meal I'd love that, it's the only thing I don't particularly look forward to. Or should I leave those in and make cuts elsewhere? Suggestions?

    you could just cut it down to 1/2 cup of oats in the morning and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese at night. diet looks good though... doesnt look like 4300

    Looking back over I'd gauge it at like 3800ish. The 1/2 cups would be a welcome change too, I'll try that out.

    :werd: if you're gaining over a 1lb a week after your body adjusts and you're 3-4 weeks into that diet to cut it back a bit. shouldnt really be gaining more than .5-1lb a week max

    Went to Gold's after work, got called in, so it's sort of impromptu.

    That and I found a cyst on the top of my right wrist and the bar curls are starting to bother it. That accounts for no increase on weight in that area, just bothered me too much tonight.

    Right wrist bothering me again. I think the Preacher Curls irritated it and caused this stint. Gonna go back on NSAIDs for a bit and ice it.

    pretty good numbers for your weight, how old are you and how long have you been lifting? i'm same height but 10lbs heavier.

    For some reason the AC was off at the gym and it was like working out in a sauna. Couldn't keep my grip cause of my sweaty hands on the shrugs so I had to break out some straps. That and I had to rush it because I went late and the place close in 45 mins.
