Can someone explain to me how you use ONR?

Do you simply pour the soap into the bucket put water into it, use a scrub mit whipe onto the your car and then simply dry it? No rinsing involved? Does it actually work good? I'm thinking about purchasing some ONR, but im hesitate about it. Is ONR an ok soap to use for someone who doesnt buff there car? Simply all that will be done is washing, and hand waxing.

    Thanks.
