only fat people powerlift

    weight today 228

    maxes
    305 bench
    435 dead
    405 squat (this was pre-injury, felt a lot lower today)

    warm up - 5 minutes bike

    first a couple bs sets to find where I stand.
    5 reps of 5 sets, 295 lbs

    deads
    365x5, but form got a little nasty. Bumped it down to 315x5

    Bench
    275x5

    Incline bench DB
    12 reps, 2 sets, 80 lbs

    chest 47
    neck 17 1/4
    waist 34
    legs 25
    calves 17
    arms 18
    shoulders 56
    forearms 14 1/2
