Anyone know of a good website that tracks what you eat, with the ability to search for foods and what not? Trying to get a good estimate of what I eat.

    Thanks

Well I guess if we're going to repost suggestions like we're voting, I'm voting for Dailyburn. Reason: lots of user created foods, so you don't have to create everything yourself. I have yet to find major discrepancies in calories between user-posted foods and product nutritional labels.

and the new beta version of the site looks bad ass. Has auto complete for adding a food so you just start typing it auto loads the list in the form field with ajax and you can select the right one.

I use Calorieking- it's a pay-for site but I like it, has a good selection of foods, lots of tracking modules, export to excel, will do charts/graphs of weight and so on for you.

I have the Calorieking pocket book. It's nice to carry in my bag for a quick reference when I'm out and about.

    Calorie Counter by FatSecret.com

I think there's one or two other apps, but I haven't tried em yet. Calorie Counter has a pretty decent library of foods. You can sync your phone with the website if you have an account. Haven't tried that either, though
