    Well holy fucking shit. lol

I better go find a fucking tutorial about all these fucking keystroke shortcuts that I obviously don't know diddly about. lol

Yeah, yeah, I know lol It's obviously early days for this Mac user. :)

  14. Also, use 2 fingers on the trackpad and click the button and it gives you a right click.

I never use this feature on my work computer and never did before I owned a mac. Just seems a little retarded to create the file then launch the program to edit it. Just open the program and start a new file...:dunno:

  17. Forgot about that part. :o

usually your window doesnt take up the whole screen. just click and hold on a pic and drag it to your desktop. saved.

  19. If he has recently migrated from windows, his window probably does take up the whole screen. Windows users only know of 2 states for a window; full screen, and minimized. :mamoru::)

Why can't Apple implement ctrl-x as implemented in Windows?

I'd love to just cut a file (or several), navigate to where I want and paste. There are some instances where dragging sucks a bit.

    click file(s), then command+c
click window to copy to (or desktop), then command+v

    done :)

  22. Yeah, but the "cut" feature in windows removes the file from the original location. Copying and pasting leaves you with 2 copies of the file.

nufile is nice, i don't like how leopard buried it under another menu. now i have to right click, goto more, then goto new file, then select the file type i want

comes in handy for making quick rtfs or something. although i think i might just do apple+space type in text and have it out text editor

funny how you find multiple ways of doing things
