I don't train, so pardon the dumb question. I've always wondered where is the best place to hit someone for a one punch knockout? Left or right jaw? Strait onto the mouth? Cheakbone/eye area? Nose?

I'd say it more depends on who you are hitting. It'll be easier if they are sticking their neck/chin out, harder if it's tucked in like it is supposed to be.

    Chin gives the most leverage.

Until UFC 63, I have never seen a "knock-out" via body shot.
