One protein shake a day enough?

    I see most of your routines on here include on shake a day- i was thinking you had to do three shakes a day-

    You should be getting your protein from whole foods anyway.

    if you can't get enough protein from regular foods, supplement with however much protein you need from protein shakes.

    I aim for 1g protein per lb. It's not always that easy to pull off. A shake's a good way to get out of the red zone

    At least 3 a day for me... probably much less important for PL'ers.

    I also noticed some good results when I started drinking a gallon of milk during the day.

    no not much less important for plers, the protein intake required to gain muscle is overstated.
