so many apps that do the same thing really well, but i cant decide which to choose. i'm trying to decide between like 5 different RSS readers, 4 different journal/note programs, etc.

i feel like if i delete all but one i'll be missing out on a couple features, and so i keep all 5 installed and dont use any because i dont want to take the time to set them up and then change my mind :hs:

I still haven't found a reasonable note taking program. Any recommendations?

The worst thing about OS X is the Windows Network support.

uh considering it works fine and takes about 5 minutes to set up, i'd say its far from being the worse thing.

Actually no, its flakey, fails to detect most computers on a LAN, and generally sucks.

Pretty cool little note pad that pops out of the side of your screen when ever you hold you mouse by the edge, I just got it the other day and am finding it pretty useful.

you're right, just because of you posting that my network stopped working, even though its worked with my whole network for a month. sounds like your networking skillz are flakey.

My only problem is that my MBP absolutely refuses to see my HP printer connected to a windows machine on my network.

:werd: Except replace MBP with MB and HP with Canon. :o

Edit: I can see it just fine, but there aren't any drivers for it.

what? is it an inkjet or laserjet?

every laserjet should work fine with the generic or hp ppds, inkjets might be different, did you install the extra print drivers off the mac os cd? or maybe you could try printing via LPR
