cuz it's so much easier to walk into our dining room and get lunch for free :o

I should clarify and mention we do have a salad bar, usually with tuna and more recently chicken. i've been eating more of it, but it sucks when you walk in and smell fried food

I'm just over two weeks into my cut, lost about 6lbs-7lbs. Obviously some is water but last night I'm like FUCK I want to just pig out. I ate like 5 ruffles chips and then had to deal with cottage cheese. :wtc:

    Will power....

We have the same type of food at our office. All the fried food tastes and smells great, but you have to have some will power or you will never reach your goal of getting lean. :dunno: I either have to bring my lunch or go straight for the grilled chicken breast and salad.

only 1 chef FTL. Thankfully we have a short order cook who does the greasy food like that. a japanese fellow who does the hibachi style food which is very very good, and he'll bring me some to my lab if i dont have time to hit up the kitchen. Then we have a guy who does all the sushi and stuff. Not a fan of that stuff so i dont ever eat it. Having all that free food at your finger tips does test your will power.

i'm the same way man. I love good food.

good food outweighs my desire to look lean. Maybe someday, i'll get it reversed.

That would be the best place to work ever if you were bulking. Smoke a fat blunt and then go to town.

This is a joke right? :mamoru:

In that situation I would've eaten half of the bag. :o

You have to look at cutting as a lifestyle and not a test of will power

Bring your lunch with you and eat something at your desk (protein bar or something) prior to getting a chance to eat that cafateria stuff.

Don't you need will power in the beginning so it will eventually turn into a habit and be a part of your lifestyle? I wasn't able to just go out one day and change how I eat without a little will power. :dunno:

    Sorry, no joke. :wtc:

I didn't want to ruin that day so I had a couple chips to satisfy my craving.

And half a bag? WEAK!! No whole bag no care.

Our office cafeteria is about the same way. Although they do have a decent salad bar and grilled chicken breasts. I find it is easier to cook food the night before for dinner, make twice as much, and warm it up the next day. Heck most of the time I am done warming up my food quicker than the people I walked up with are back at the table.

To those that say they do not have the time to cook the night before it takes all of 30 minutes and most of that time is not even tending the food.
