So I took a challenge for one month to try and burn any and all remaining body fat (at least as much as possible) in a healthy manner.

I haven't had carbs with any meal in a month!!! Ate nothing but proteins, fats and greens and took minimal supplements. Worked out every M-F one hour each morning doing HIITs, w/ body weight and band training while taking the following supplements:

    -Metabolic Drive Protein Powder
    -Greens +
    -EFA Icon
    -VGF 25+ for Men

Here are the before and afters...

I wanted to see the lower ab definition (more like lack thereof) a month ago....gives me something to really compare.

It's not really that hard to lean out when you're built like Bale in the machinist. :dunno:

    In summary:

-You did some hard-core HIIT five days a week
-You also did some body weight and band training five days a week
-Based on your post, you kept a very, very clean diet
-You went from a super lean 95 pounds to a super super lean 94 pounds
    -You bought some pants

    And your results:

-You have the possible outline of four abs, some of which could already be seen in the picture that you took a month ago.
-You put on no muscle mass in a month
    -You have some pants now

I would rate you a fail. Lift some weights.

    See..this was actually funny.

I went from 154 to 148 the last month. I lost 12 pounds of body fat and put on 6 pounds of muscle.

    Of course.

Again, this isn't my finished goal...I'm trying to get back down to a clean slate so I can build up from here.

    [sarcasm]

Yeah, because as soon as you'll begin lifting you'll be packing on mass like mad and it would have stopped your fat loss :hsugh:

    [/sarcasm]
    I feel bitchy, sorry :o

    You certain of that?
    No offense.

I think you would have made alot more progress if you had already incorporated more resistance training from the beginning.

It's cool....maybe you need some more fish oil to calm your mood.

Of course it wouldn't have stopped my fat loss...

I guess I'm going about this differently than most of you would have...my apologies. I just wanted to work with a clean slate so I can get to a point where when I start slowly building muscle mass/definition and find a spot where I feel comfortable stopping while being able to see the results without any fat being in the way.

Yeah, pretty damn certain. I don't take offense either...consider the source. But we got a body pod at the beginning to measure BFIs and whatnot...and again recently. I know I don't look like I've gained muscle but I have...more in my ass and legs than anywhere else.
