When I go in to the gym, I usually do either a 5x5 or a 12,10,8 for reps, with increasing weights. Normal Workout: Squats Deadlifts DB Shrugs Concentration Curls Miltary Press Incline DB Press Bench DB Press Chin Ups One Arm Tricep Extensions I usually do this workout once or twice a week in an hour. I am thinking of adding these lifts to this workout: Dips Front Squats Barbell Rows Smith Bench Press Barbell Curls Close Grip Bench Press Insane? Is this overkill for one workout session? I would do a split, but I am training for a triathlon that takes up a lot of my time, so I try to squeeze all my lifting in one or two days a week.
