Besides your typical "protein drinks" and "power bars," what're some good, portable foods that I can keep in my car or that don't require a fridge/microwave?

For people like me, who are always on the road, this has been a challenge, and I refuse to spend too much money on fast food.

So give me some foods. Lunchables? Granola bars? Sandwiches? Etc...?

For someone who lives in a state that has 100 degree weather, you forgot about what that will do to food in a car after several hours, even inside a cooler.

I live in texas. I dont leave my food in the car. I bring it with me to work where we dont have a fridge or anything and it sits in my backpack. It being in the car isnt going to do shit to it.

I go into people's homes and design for them.

I'm not bringing cold chicken or a cooler inside with me.
