my left lat is noticeably smaller than my right. i dont care if they are both small assholes, I'm just saying you can even tell when my arms are down by my side that my right lat is bigger than my left.

I try to blame this on years of pitching, even into college, that maybe my right trap would be slightly more developed due to the degree of extension over all the years.

is this something that indiv. arm on back exercises will fix over time?

    for serious though... :wtc:

hmmm. I never thought of that really.

Any ideas where this could start at, or anything else on it. I don't feel like I have any posture issues...but then again I don't know.

The left side of my back is naturally bigger than my right. A lot of things can cause unilateral growth, the main one is activities that are undertaken by only one side of the body, pitching for example. It's easy to develop the symptom because we are all unilaterally dominant for many movements.

The problem will often right itself with bilateral exercise, just take care to focus effort on your weaker side, it's not a big deal.

If I still pitched, I would consider this.

    cool, cool.

Yea, thats what I figure. I mean eventually if you think about it, without sauce they are bound to stop growing...and thats when the other will catch up, if it takes that long I mean... amirite?
