on shoulder day

    would it be too much to do push presses and military presses in the same routine or should i just pick one? :dunno:

    just looked it up. gonna give it a go :x: would it matter if i did this seated or standing up?

    nah... and I'd recommend only doing them if your shoulders are healthy. If I'm in a heavy bench cycle or using bands to bench I stay away from em, they can flare you up
