My lighting just showed up today. I'm as excited as you, but I didn't order a stand for my alien bee. Thought it came with one :uh:

Hella yes. :h5: That and/or a 5d are my next purchases.

My dad however has turned into a JColman, but without the skill. Too bad my parents don't live close enough for me to borrow stuff all the time:mamoru:

yeah i wasnt using the 100 macro at all. I figured if i didnt use it within the first week i would sell it anyway, sinc ei got it for a steal. So i fgure this is the best way to even my life out. Next up is the 300F4IS, getting that one next.

and then the mkiii, ive decided mkiii over the 5d. High iso is atleast a stop cleaner, and well build amongst other things is mucho better.

yeah. well bought a used D80 on BH, 450 for body only, still a good deal. People on craigslist wouldnt part with their D80s for any less than like 570, idiots.
So the body is in absolutely immaculate condition, but came with no battery. That is in the mail.

Having a slight cash flow problem though, so a lens is on hold.
