    fucking shit they suck. I thought they'd be half way decent for what they are, but they're not. Teh next person who says they love bowflex is gunna get Beat, Rapped, spit, repeat, Profit?

    volly yeah. Yeah it would suck to have a breathing fit while inside with an airpack on.

    I've been really happy with my bowflex. It certainly isn't for serious body builders and pales in comparison to what you can do at the gym, but for the average person who wants to get in pretty good shape, it works very well... I use it on days I can't make it to the gym, and feel I get a pretty good work out on it (as far as home workouts go)...

    the county next to me is hiring more paid men every month, I keep debating doing it, but it would mean a major pay cut and I'd have to start getting some certifications soon. They don't push FF1+2 that hard here, so I tend to take better classes like RIT and stuff like that. Plus I need to get EMT 1. I just hate EMT work. but I might do it anyway.

    especially this one, the instructor was great. I learned more in 3 days then I do in a year.
