Ok, so preparing chicken is a pain in the ass, and most times I don't have the time to do it. If I were to cook up a bunch and keep it in the fridge how long would it keep?

Until it gets up and walks away.

    I'd say about two weeks.

I can't even begin to fathom it. Do you microwave it? Is it in a sauce? Can I pick the sauce? So many questions!

lol, it comes in water (kinda like tuna, just take that out)

microwave for about 2min, and eat. you can add whatever sauce you want, i used to add BBQ sauce but yesterday i found out it tastes great without anything.

60 grams of protien, its also like twice the size of a tuna can. its big.

well i go to a corner store to get it because there isn't a sams club or costco or anything like that for miles. the fact that i dont have a car in tampa sucks.

    but for 1 i pay 1.35 maybe?

this week i'm going back home, maybe i can get some in BULK :eek5:

How is prepping chicken a pain in the ass? I buy chicken breast in bulk, then freeze it. Every 2 days thaw out enough to last you for the following 2 days. Throw chicken on grill. Not a big deal.

Well, if it's late or I'm in a hurry or something. Then I can just grab it out of the fridge.

it's not hard to throw a frozen breast in cold (optional running) water for 15 minutes, season and slap on the foreman grill. 20 minutes tops
