I was doing bent over cable cross overs and I noticed something was wrong. The right side was a bit stiff (almost like they forgot to oil it up or something). So I was pressing 50 lbs on both side, when my right shoulder readjusts mid-press. Now my shoulder clicks (the frontdelt) everytime i move it. It's pissing me off. Oh, the strange thing is...it didn't hurt and doesn't hurt now. It just clicks... like constantly.

I've got that in my left shoulder, and in my left ankle. Happens in my ankle because an old sprain didn't heal correctly; one of my ligaments ended up healing around a piece of bone. Snaps rather than clicks.

It's likely you've had the clicking in your shoulder all along, just realized it.

I have it in both my shoulders. It's really bad when I do my shoulder presses.

oh ok. my ART practictioner has me doing bent over dumbell rows in a similar style to those. i basically keep my arms perpindicular to my torso with my elbow out to the side and row the weight up. it's helping out my upperback/neck problem i've been dealing with for over a year alot. ill try facepulls too and see if they do anything for me.

Okay, well, after doing some research I have come to the conclusion that it is a internal rotator cuff injury. I have chronic external rotator cuff injury in the same arm! Could it be that i've been strengthening the external so much that I kind of imbalanced it?
