I remember when I hit the gym the first time a few years ago... the first month of training, I could barely move... it's a damn good feeling. :)

What can I say. I went on a lot of previously unplanned camping trips/vacations with friends and my diet went to shit :dunno:

I still dropped 28lbs in 4 monthes and put on a lot of muscle :hsugh:

edit: I'm hoping now that classes start and I wont be going out as much that I will be able to keep a strict routine :)

I've been running 3 miles a day for the past month and today did HIIT for the first time. I'll tell ya, the prep from running for a month made it a lot easier than I expected. I did a cycle of sprint 100% for 1/10 of a mile, jog 75% 2/10 of a mile. I kept alternating for 3 miles. I was exhausted afterward :hs:

I've been stretching every couple of hours since b/c I keep feeling like I'm tensing up. I can't wait to feel how tight I'm going to be tomorrow. :(

I think I'm going to alternate just running 3 miles one day and doing 3 miles of HIIT like I did today the next. On days I just run I'll do weights as well.
