Eat your fish oil !
walnuts are also really good for omega 3s
and they have fiber
Conversion of ALA to EPA/DHA is inefficient. The main sources of non-useless omega 3 fat should be fatty fish, fish oil and omega 3 eggs. Free range animals also have a better omega 3 to omega 6 ratio. I saw a study which showed that free range chicken's eggs were comparable to the special omega 3 eggs in supermarkets.
Just like with saturated fat, it's not bad, it's the imbalance that is.
Although this doesn't have a large amount of Omega-3, you guys should check out this bread. Good stuff!! Low in carbs, High in Fiber, Omega-3 only downside is the corn syrup and soy (for those that actually have problems with it).
Nature’s Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread has five grams of fiber per slice. That’s twice the fiber found in a slice of 100% whole wheat bread. Most Americans do not have enough fiber in their diet. Double Fiber Wheat Bread is a delicious way to boost your fiber intake. Check out our Nutrition Center to find out why fiber is an important part of a healthy diet.

well flax contains a lot of omega 6 too so no more flax?
I love free range stuff. Amish place about an hour north of here that the only chicken they sell is free range and beef was raised with no hormones or antibodies. Tastes better than anything from a store. All my uncle's cattle are raised this way also so everynow and then he will throw some steaks my way but I rarely eat steak anyways.
Only problem with free range is I go broke whenever I buy it. Even buying the chicken whole and cutting it myself still is more expensive than a Kroger 2/lb chicken breast sale.
