Yo broly crew, just a question. I've noticed that many stores that sells gainers, wheys and that kind of stuff also sells Omega 3 and wheys in a combination with Omega 3. I know that Omega 3 is good for your heart and that kind of stuff, but what more does it do with your training, and in combination with some extra protein?

Sorry if it's a stupid question... :hs:

Omega 3's are Essential Fatty Acids.

omega 3's are an alternate form of your omega 9 essential acids. they yield less potent prostaglandins and platelet aggregators than the normal essential fatty acids, therefore, people at risk of thrombosis/heart disease/clotting problems should switch to an omega 3 fatty acid diet.

dont think we really need it if we young and healthy.

    On the road. Again.
it's still good for you. Go buy a bag of flaxseed. put it on salads, oatmeal, malt-o-meal, or if you make muffins or pancakes, mix it in your mix.

good for you, crunchy, and they don't taste bad.

Ingesting unbroken flax seed just passes right through us. For our bodies to digest flax seed, the hull or shell must be broken. Hope you're grinding the seeds or chewing them all...
