I've been shooting for about a year now and I have some decent shots that I took and want to print them. What's my best move, jsut invest in a printer (if so what kind of printer should I get), or just get them printed from online (again where do you guys go for your needs .. price and quality)

printing workflow is a ton different than web workflow. Color management becomes your life.

    Things needed to print:
good printer Epson 3880, 4880 are two I'd recommend.
    good color calibrator.
    calibrated printer profile
    calibrated paper profile

    highly recommended
    professional RIP program (imageprint)
    printer calibration unit

Thats just what I see looking around my desk here. Not sure what i'm forgetting...
