i still consider myself a beginning broly because, although i've been trying for a year, i've only recently become serious about my training.

i'm currently doing christophers's routine (one day so far). i've attempted gaining weight already as i've gone from 142 lbs. to 160 lbs. i'm 5'7...moderately active lifestyle. i'm not fat, but not skinny (well, compared to some of you i am).

    my current diet:

    wake up:
    bowl of cornflakes
glass of OJ with creatine w/ di-arginine malate
one glass of milk with 2 scoops of ON whey protein

    get to work:
    one tuna fish sandwich

    11 a.m.:
    one tuna fish sandwich

    lunch:
    pizza or pasta

    2 p.m.:
    one tuna fish sandwich

*pre-workout one glass of milk with 2 scoops of ON whey protein and glass of OJ with creatine w/ di-arginine malate

    dinner:
normally something solid like spaghetti and meatballs or rice and beans w/ a steak

    critique my lifestyle

i dont think you need to be taking the creatine in the morning just before your workout and you should probably save the shake for postworkout...try adding some natural peanut butter, oats, ice cream

dont be afraid to get fat

depends on how much will power you have

you need pre and post workout nutrition. then a meal after.
