Okay... so I took the Milos' video on chest workout, and posted it in another site... it's a car site that I frequent quite often... they also have a "F&N" in their sub-forum.... anyway, most people responded with positive replies... BUT one person, who's also one of the moderators... just doesn't agree with it... and it's pissin' me off, cause he's one of those guys that'll read up on all there is to read about leftin', but... probably doesn't even workout (much)... anyway, I'm going to include a link to that thread... please help me out on how to rebuttal to his post...

here's the link... it all started on page 1, about half way down... (I have the same user name "is300eater"), He's "gavriil"

Look for the article on Elitefts recently about Machines like the power squat machine and whatever else was referenced in there. I found that to be an interesting read and it seems to be on the same material and has some good points.

What do you think of Poliquin? I'm thinking about buying one of his training books for next spring since so many hockey players now endorse him.

i have a feeling the comparsion between machine and freeweights could be found on bodybuilding.com in an article, but im not sure.

from my exp, i gained more muscle mass with free weights than machines. and after using his technique of contracting chest muscle on the rep of bench press, i felt it the day after:dunno:

i can have a comparsion photo of my chest when i did the bench 2 years ago (when i was completely noob to lifting weights) and one now where i actually have a chest using milos advice.

99% of lifters on the internet are ignorant stupid fucks who fucking suck. Get used to it. It's why gyms across america are filled with subpar douchebags.

I don't see why that guy has a problem with machines being used for isolation movements, since thats sorta the point.
