Okay am I doing it right?

    I'm a small guy, 5'4" 124ish

    and well i have a minor gut and well the biggest thing that erks me is my love handles. so i started a gym a couple of weeks ago and i think i set on a routine. 2.5 miles of running (to loose the fat i suppose)

    i dont know the name of the machines, but basiclly i've been doing 3 sets of these:

    and the machine that you twist left and right.. and then you change the angle and twist right to left.

    i want to loose my love handle by june, i've been doing this for a solid 4 days a week, is that possible?

    Ok. I'll spell it out since I'm bored.


    At 93 lbs you don't have shit for muscle on you. You may well think the Toby mcguire concentration camp-esque look is in right now, but I assure you its not.

    You want to get dieted down. Thats great, one problem, "you can't flex bone". You need to actually have some muscle mass to diet down to so you don't look like a fucking skeleton.

    So what should you do?

    1. Do heavy as fuck compound lifts. This means bench, squat deadlift. As an untrained lifter, doing this will make you grow like a weed.

    2. Clean up your diet. Eat more protein, eat a proper balance of carbs and good fats.

    3. Add in cardio if you think you have a significant ammount of fat to loose.



    As an untrained lifter, you should be able to simultaneously burn some fat AND pack on some muscle.
