I've dropped 65 lbs in the last 6 months...now I currently weigh 225...my goal is within the next year start developing more muscle and a six pack. In middle school I could bench 145 easy...now I can barely do that :wtc:

anyways, Ive got a bit of a gut left still...do I wait to start lifting (say get down to like 180-190 then start, or do I gradually start up now?

It's not like you need to be a certain weight to start lifting. Incorporate a lot of cardio + eating well + lifting = faster results

yeah but would it be easier to drop the weight first, then build back up, or is it just as easy to drop fat and gain muscle ?

you should always lift regardless of whether your cutting or trying to bulk. Not only do you burn calories during lifting, but you also increase lbm, increase your metabolism, and you also burn calories through the rebuilding process of your muscles.

Regardless, your best bet is to start lifting now. You should have been lifting before IMO.

Start lifting weights, keep[ dropping bodyfat for a couple more months, then slowly put weight back on.

is it a good or bad thing that ive been replused by food the past month or 2...I have been forcing myself to eat, so far today (at 5pm) all ive had is 300 cals, like 40 carbs etc etc and vitimans, green tea & fish oil supplements....nothing sounds apetising to me... :\ Dont think its healthy not to eat but idk wat to do...i go look in my fridge, and dont wanna eat, think of places to order out and nothing sounds good....I havent been hungry the past 2 days at all and yesterday all I had was a pancheros quesadilla, and a low-fat brownie my mom made me :hs:
