ok what IS X10??

    is X10 a brand? a certain kind of product line? a protocol? i came across a few articles mentioning X10 and some of it says that X10 is really a protocol, but when i google "X10" all that comes up are these ads for home cameras for security and stuff like that.

    its wireless RF, basically. X10 is a specification used for devices like cameras, mice, etc.

    ah i c. is there a website that provides more technical spec about this? all i can find are frickin ads. i tried howstuffworks they dont have an article about it.

    because range is poor.. quality is poor. frequency is overpopulated.
