OK to use Whey shakes instead of smaller meals?

    From a nutrition standpoint, is it OK to use Whey shakes instead of smaller meals between breakfast/lunch, and lunch/dinner?

    Background: Goal is losing weight, cutting BF. I have my diet down good and I'm losing weight, but sometimes its hard to eat while at the office - but would be easy to grab a shake and drink it while I'm on the phone, etc...

    That would bring me to three shakes a day.. what do you guys think? Healthier and more beneficial to stick with real food or would I be alright?
