obvious answer is i'm not eating enough, fine. but as long as i'm taking in enough cals, protein & carbs, i'm not losing any muscle, right? just dropping bodyfat, even though i do no cardio (other than hockey once or twice a week)? i rarley take in less than 500g carbs per day. & 250g protein. i start my day with 90g carbs & 40g protein, have plenty pre & post workout, have about 40g of cottage cheese protien before bed... i dunno what i'm doing wrong anymore. obviously i'm not taking in enough to gain, but what else can i do other than take in shitty carbs & gain bodyfat?
