    how are my arms starting to look. I've been lifting for a long time but my diet was always shitty ..never took protein or anything

    however ive been on creatine for about 6 months and muscle milk for about a month and also watching diet and hitting the weights pretty hard ..i think im starting to make some progress


    but i obviously dont have a real low % body fat so should I start cutting and doing tons of cardio as well..or will i lose everything?

    Well... in all honesty its true. Pretty much the only reason you have tricep definition is because the light is above you and the rest of the room is dark.

    Read the stickies and find a routine, stick with it for a couple years and profit.

    Of all things, why would you post a bicep pic to determine training effectiveness.

    Doing 3x10 E-Z Bar Curls ≠ "Hitting the weights pretty hard."

    And "pretty" hard isn't hard enough. All or nothing.

    also...i do alot more than 3x10 bar curls :slap: ive been doing almost exactly whats posted in the "so you wanna look like a bodybuilder" thread

    Clean up your diet, find a specific routine, and you will see noticable gains. Putting on muscle can also make you look more defined. If you are abve 15-16% I would suggest to cut down to abotu 10% and start fresh. If you do it smart, you wont lose much muscle....then clean bulk after that. If asthetics isent your main goal and just lift heavy and eat a lot.
