I am 5'6", 145lbs. BF is about 9%. I've NEVER had a sixpack (well maybe when I was 6 or 7, but that's it). I will be 17 soon, but anyways:

Wrestling season starts in October, so I have a good amount of time to get to where I want to be, I think. I want to be somewhere like Crunge is right now. Like I said, I've never had a sixpack, so I think I will give another go at cutting starting tomorrow. It's not only my stomach that has fat, but my tris, chest, back, lowerback, etc. YOu get the idea, everywhere. My question is, does this sound right? Cut to where I look...skinny and then clean bulk?

Dont bother cutting... Bulk, bulk, bulk. Then do a month of HIIT before the season starts to cut some fat. I forget highschool weight classes, but remember you want to weigh in as heavy as possible, with the highest agility...

I'd bulk, get strong as shit, then cut right before the season starts.

    I'm thinking:

some type of sandwich in the afternoon (tuna probably)
    grilled chicken dinner

I'm talking (for you at 145lbs): 1700kcal a day split over 4 or more (if possible) meals a day in a 40% of cals from protein, 40% of cals from carbs, 20% of cals from fat (40/40/20) diet.

I won't tell you exactly what to do, but I'd start with oats/eggs for bfast, tuna & veggies at 11AM & maybe some natty peanut butter, protein shake & fruit/veggies at 3PM, salmon or chicken and veggies for dinner and some low fat cottage cheese before bed with some flax seed oil or some form of efas if you're low on fats for the day.

oh, and everyone on this site will want you to bulk at 6000cal above maintainance until you weigh 300lbs and are a fatass and then cut til you're 20%, then bulk again til you're 350lbs. Then when you cut again and get near 20% again they'll say you're a skinny dumbass for wanting to cut and that you should bulk cause real men bulk and want more muscle.

If you want to look good, don't listen to them. I am going to get flamed for saying that, but its true. You should cut down for a few weeks and then clean bulk at a few hundred cals over maintainance until a few weeks before season; that way you won't have much fat to take off. Your gains may be just a hair less than they would ahve been otherwise, but you won't have to be a fatass.

nope, but i'm on my way there. I shouldn't say "everyone" on here, but the most vocal idiots (pokesteve, tize, etc).

My back progress over the past 4 weeks:

Yeah, maybe I don't look so great, but at least I know how to get where I want to be and can help others do the same.

7 point caliper says 9.11%, 3 point says 7% :ugh:. I'm neither, but 3point caliper read just over 12% a month ago and I just learned how to do the 7 point. I've lost right around 75ish lbs though so I have some back fat and lower ab area fat that I want to lose before a slow clean bulk just because I've never in my life not had love handles and I want to see them :). I know what you said wasn't meant to be a compliment, but thats how I'm taking it.

I'll agree calorie # is the most important thing, but I think timing and what your calories consist of do matter.

you're the biggest bandwagoner and hypocrit...

last pic i saw of you you looked like a fat retarded monkey. i've never seen you look good. i love how you go on and on about "screw 6 packs, that's metro gay shit" blah blah blah. and yet you're cutting right now? why bother? go bulk to 300. you comment on people with high test (i dont know if thats suppose to mean natural or not) and yet you tried a cycle of m1t? or half a cycle. or whatever the fuck you did.

weren't you whining about how no one likes you on the forum and you were gonna go lurk instead of posting anymore like 2 months ago??
