Ok, in a week is rehab time.

    Ceaze, BDR, whomever else, here are my problems I need to address after this Sheiko #29 is done:

    Shoulders "click." They don't necessarily hurt, just pop/click when I do rotations. What is this all about?

    Left shoulder has started hurting in a certain spot..kinda right in the center/side/bony area I got.

    Both elbows pop/click when I extend them. Once again, no pain, but the right one is sometimes worse than the left. It gets stiff once in a while and I have to fully extend it, sometimes "forcefully" to get it to crack/relieve pressure (like when you crack your fingers.)

    The only thing I know of right now to address shoulders is face pulls and uh, well, to save the explanation, it'd be nice to see some vids.

    Same on the shoulders. Except once I warm them up really well (aka half way through my workout) the cracking is gone completely.

    Elbow not so much. I have to be careful with tricep stuff because if I extend it too far it pops and hurts.
