    Ok, you can say I've been bulking.

    current weight 5'10 226 lbs ( i have alot of weight in my legs :mamoru: )
    Not bad for an azn w/ good genes :coolugh:

    GNC Iso-blast whey
    Creatine Monohydrate

    I'd very much like to lose the belly fat...well... reduce tremendously my body fat and get lean. I would think my ideal weight would be around 205-210 while mainting mass.

    3 problems:
    I love my alcohol :bowdown:
    my diet isn't the greatest
    I HATE with a passion CARDIO

    I wouldn't say your genes are all that great.

    But, I think you know what you need to do though. Cut out alcohol and increase activity and watch your diet.

    Nobody likes doing cardio. If you hate it that's the first thing that you need to work on because you need to build some dedication and mental toughness.

    Don't think you need to be bulking...try cutting.

    belly isnt THAT big...im 5'7" and 188lb, and my belly is bigger than yours. (assuming your weren't sucking it in in the pics).

    with the 3 problems you have, looks like you will be keeping that gut.

    looks like you've got some muscle under there, just lift heavy and eat better foods and eventually itll come around
