Ok, I need a new 3, or 4 day split.

    Mine currently sucks balls. The catch is I need to bike to and from work at least 2 - 3 days a week. Any ideas, oh and whats a good post workout shake?

    wed shoulder bis
    fri chest

    when I say bis, and tris Im not that concerned about them so thats just 4 sets of 1 or 2 excersizes.
