ok how much more do i need to add for a 6pack

    lets say i have about 10-12% bf and am doing these excercises 3x a week

    50 excercise ball crunches
    10 lying excercise ball raises
    10 of this other excercise i do that involves me putting my shins on the ball and rolling my knees in towards my chest, forgot the name.
    30 second planks
    10 woodchops to both sides (10 per side)


    i repeat that about 3 times right now. How much more should i add to that, along with diet and cardio to get some abs to stick out?

    You've measured to 10% bf, and have been doing those exercises but have no results?

    You can do them till you're blue in the face, if you have fat over them, it won't matter.

    no i havent, but im working on it. im still a fair amt higher than that(but im running again and dietnig.... so i know ill get there before i need to--summer). but you think that is close to what i should be doing? i could prolly amp it up a lil though

    but its a proper mix?

    diet diet diet.
    I can do all the weighted situps and ab exercises I want but the real noticable progress I see is when I go like 2 weeks without a cheat meal etc.

    u dont need to do abs 3 times a week, twice a week is fine

    I thought about taking that mentality, but then I started seeing the top four so now I do abs again :rofl:

    Abs are made in the gym, but a 6-pack is made in the kitchen.

    All those exercises mean nothing if your diet isn't on track. I know guys that spend 30min on abs every fucking time they're in the gym and don't have nice abs.
    I work abs once a week (maybe twice if I have the time) and my ab "workout" consists of a few hanging raises sets and ~ 75 crunches. If my diet is on track this alone will give my abs a nice visible 6-pack.

    Your problem is , you're not doing 5 minute abs! Duh!

    But seriously, fix your diet and the abs will come in. Then focus on the exercises for it.
