Ok Here goes nothin :) (well or alot i hope)

    Ok well after spending years of not caring, i finaly give a fuck again haha!

    after my knee problems in HS, and multiple surgeries i am going to drop some weight!

    Current stats (i will take pics but dont wana post yet still emberassed haha :o)

    6'3" 333lbs

    My goal is 250 or so (never been a small guy, have 58-60" shoulders depending on who makes the jacket haha) anyway plan for the diet

    Massive amounts of chicken, vegies for 1 meal, a whey protien shake for breakfeast, are my plans for the diet, including 4 meals aday.

    lastly, 24 hr fitness is my friend, and i will spend most days after work in the gym :)

    any input would be nice, i have ordered a pile of supplements, (nothin too fancy, just the general liver support, dietary fiber, omega3's and a few others.)

    I will post in here 3x pr week, just to post progress, and lets see how it goes.

    yea lets hope i can get my ass back into it, used to lift ALOT in school, now i just wana get in shape again, so i dont feel scared to go to the beach out of fear of being harpooned

    I will Update, mon Wed and Fri :) so i started today at 333 as posted earlier, Meals so far will consist of

    1 Chicken Breast (eww) (waiting for my whey shakes to show up)

    Lunch 2 chicken breasts, and a small salad


    Dinner 2 Chicken breasts, and mixed vegies(fresh)

    going to push to 4-5 meals aday, splitting the 2 chicken breasts from lunch and dinner into seperate meals, Also gona switch off chicken pork and steak for the next few weeks.

    well i weighed in this morning, quite pleased 327.5 thats 5.5 lbs in 3 days, quite a bit, considering imnot in the gym yet (trin to find one thats gona work with my new travel schedule) but my meals have consisted primarily of chicken and steak, and fresh veggies, and water.

    this morning i started my entire eating routine including
    1 bowl lowered carb oatmeal
    3 strips bacon

    1 shake 3 hrs later

    1 chicken breast around noon

    1 chicken breast around 3pm

    a steak, 2 chicken breasts, or 2 pork chops with fresh vegies for dinner, and a low carb yogurt

    any input on modifications to the diet? im injesting around 40 carbs pr day, only around 7 sugars.

    any way gona keep on keepin on

    life is a garden dig it? hahaha

    so today i weighed myself in at 324.5 another 3 lbs, im quite happy with my progress :) just hope it continues, i joined a gym today, so all should be solid from here out, Cardio, and light weights here i come!

    got on the scale this morning and weighed in at 323.00, however i seem to be slightly constipated not quite sure, i had a movement in 3 days :( not sure why :(

    no discomfort yet, but im sure i will soon enough haha

    might pick somethin up on the way home

    yea im not doin bad, just wanting to lose faster as everyone does,


    8/15/07 weigh in today at 322.0 so im down 11 lbs in total in 9 days, so not bad :)

    Got my constipation problem fixed, and im feelin pretty good, hittin the gym starting this week, so we will see how it goes now!

    ok well lost a lil momentum haha, down to 321, but this week was my first week at my new job, so they took me to lunch every day, tried to eat well, but i think i didnt do so hot!

    still lost thought


    so 321, down 12 lbs in 12 days :)

    Down to 317.8 another 3 and change off :)

    still suffereing from occasional consitpation trying to see if its just not enough intake or what :(

    8/22/07 -- went up today to 320.0 :( not sure why, havent changed alot in my routine, only thing i can think of is retaining water, but meh, gona continue down the same path unless i continue to move the wrong way.

    Missed Fridays update, however,

    8/27/07 312.5

    so im down about 21 lbs in 21 days! im pretty stoked still a long way to go :(
