The last few posts I had, many people told me I was doing lots wrong so I come to you guys and im putting it all on the table... EDIT: I've read the Noobs guide to fat loss, still would like to hear input based on everything I mentioned below Diet: breakfast around 8:30am or 9am 1 packet maple/brown sugar oatmeal 2 or 3 hard boiled egg whites (after many people told me I lacked protein) 11am large banana 12:30 or 1pm chicken salad wrap or tuna sandwich wrap or savory turkey breast, no cheese, 6" on wheat bread tons of vegs, vinegar NO OIL 3pm or 4pm (if im even hungry as its crunch time at work) another banana 6 or 6:30pm stir fry vegs, little rice or 2-3 cups of pasta or chicken breast and wheat bread 10 or 10:30 (if im hungry) apple or bowl of fruits and in between, SHITLOADS of water, maybe 3-4 8oz bottles/day if not diet soda or sparkling water by my calculations on fitday, im consuming on avg between 1300 - 1700 calories / day. Workout: elliptical machine (arms and legs), 600 calories, 51min, 5.1mi, i do this 5-6 days a week. i'm currently 229lbs, 5'7" as of last thursday, gonna weigh myself tomorrow..i plan to switch my workout routine to toning and lifting w/3 days/week of cardio when i get close to 180lbs. I've been at it 1mo and my beginning weight was 245lbs. Please leave any harsh criticism at the door - I am willing to change if I'm doing something wrong, any comments, please back up with detail.
