I getting sick of my current toy. It's a great car but it's heavy and underpowered and unrefined (2001 M3 Vert). I can spend up to 120K OTD. I have my M3 for sale right now and going to pick up a commuter car to get to work and then buy the GT3 is a spare fun car.

    Pros:
    Cheaper then a 911 turbo
    RWD
    415HP all motor 8400rpm redline
Light for a car being produced these days
    No frills
    Looks hot in White:x:

    Cons
    Lots of money
    Wife will bitch :fawk:

actually, what you should do is get a mk2 gti/rabbit. pull the motor, but a 2.0t in it. make it a stage 3+ and it will go as fast as a porche with about 100k less dollars put it in.

If you can afford a GT3, you could give someone else the dick and she'd still stay with you.

You might have a problem with 120K out the door new...

What kind of "toy" are you looking for? Track toy or weekend toy to cruise around?

I was in your position last year, when debating getting rid of my 04 M3 for a CLK63.

Needless to say, I bought the CLK and have loved every mile since.

yes, but if you had to take a sharp turn, it's not as fun in your current powerful but bloated, softcore sports car

I not wealthy enough to really use this car as a track toy. More of a weekend cruiser, night out around town with the wife. But I'm sure I could do a track event every once in a while.:)

The M3 is nice just heavy, I never thought that would bother me bit it does. They have such a great motor but for the weight it's just not right.
