I'll get some real progress pics in a couple days, but I figured I'd post some preview pics since I'm playing with my camera anyway.

I'm 5'11", around 190lbs...weak spots are delts and arms.

    Looking solid. Especially the forearms.

What type of camera did you get anyhow?

I don't have cable, and it does actually help with the reception :bigthumb:

lol, i was like that for a while, then one day my brother was visiting and he hooked the cable up to the tv and it was working. It's been working since then almost 8 months, i guess this is due to the way it is wired. Lucky for me the neighbors are actually picking up the tab

    impressive traps and forearms.
im guessing you do more pull work than anything else? (pulldowns, deads, etc?)

Your arms look fine to me... and looking good. I'm ~10 lbs shy of you and about 5 inches shorter. Oh and how do your legs look?

Thanks for the comments everyone...the picture is deceiving I think though, my forearms are somewhat defined and vascualr, but they are small in diameter. I'll measure them if I can find a tape measure.

You can kinda see in the back pic how small my arms are. I have hotdog biceps, and my triceps won't grow even though I blast them on arm day, and they get sore for like 4 days afterwards. Pretty much I have no thickness in my arms.

Leo, yea, my pull exercises are far greater than my push. I've been doing pullups forever, stated doing deads a few months ago, etc. My bench sucks, I've been doing DB's forever, and when I switched to barbell, I could only manage like 4x175lbs. Its truly pathetic, its a combination of weak delts, chest, and triceps.

When I take real pics with my shirt off, you guys will see how my arms are disproportional to the rest of me. And I'm an ectomorph, so when I say I'm getting fat, the majority of the fat appears on my face and in the front of my stomach.

well, I have a 5 day split, and I've only been going like 3 days a week. I don't really want to do much less than that.

let's review the facts that you stated:
    1. Your triceps won't grow
    2. You blast them
    3. They're sore for four days

the only logical conclusion from this information is that you aren't recovering enough to grow, maybe only enough to keep from regressing
