    So im now 21 soon to be 22 and i have not changed in mass height or weight since the age of 17!!! Im getting so sick and tired of being slim, i thought after i turned 21 i might start puttingn weight on then i could do some thing to turn that fat into muscle... but to no prevail im still waiting!

    Any tips or pointers any one can offer me?

    Yeah that helped thanks i might start trying that...

    Dude i eat about 5 times a day...and its all shit except for dinner and breakfast. I mean like any kind of fast food when im at work... then i eat chocolate all day and chips.

    I would listen to them. You sound exactly like me, same age same problem.
    I thought I was eating a decent amount before I came and started lurking here, and realized it was nothing.I've started eating alot more & better food every 3 or so hours & need to eat even more.
    But I've still gone from 130 to 140 in less than 2 months which is amazing for me. Read the stickies and start eating/hitting the weights hard.
    What's your height/weight?

    eat healthy bulking during the week and eat crap on weekends...do that continually and guaranteed you will get good weight..thats what i did..

    Don't ask for advice and then when people give you the correct advice you get pissed. What you are doing wrong is not eating enough, thats it. I used to look anorexic and now i don't and its all because I eat a shit load of food and lift a lot of weight.

    I was 6'3 135. Not just skinny, but holocaust victim skinny. Complaining about my metabolism got me nowhere. Fast forward a couple months of lifting between 3-5 days a week and eating, and I'm 6'3 175. That includes getting mono for 6 weeks.

    I just ate 1500 "clean" calories (meaning a ton of bulk) in 15 minutes and I am going to explosion. Man up. :o

    I wanted my stomach to really feel it. :p

    I could eat cookies and drink milk all day and have it not matter. I like feeling my stomach expand. :-x at least sometimes anyways.
