whats in the box?
How do you like the wood grips? I like the look, but want to get a set of hogue grips for my 226 tactical since my hands tend to get sweaty.
The wood grips are already off the gun, they are wayyy too wide. I put some standard hogues on right now and my Hogue Aluminum grips should be here this week
lol if you "had" to?
I'd buy the elite just for the srt and beavertail and sell the grips.
very nice(in a borat tone of voice)
The gun was $850, and Ill be able to sell the grips for $100, so Im pretty damn close to the price of a regular 229R already
that shit is hot. i definitely want a p229
I don't like rubber grips at all, its just there till I get my aluminum ones
The aluminum ones are even thinner than the rubber ones too
yeah, i had hogue wrap arounds on my p226, but it made the grip too fat.
i want my grips
holy fuck is that what you're getting? that shit looks sexy.
they are fucking expensive as shit though, but I really want the thinnest grips I can get for it.
I was able to sell my Elite grips for $100 so buying these wont hurt too much.
they dont list prices on that page, whats the damage?
I put the aluminum grips on my 226 Elite and they are great. Well worth the money. I'm now thinking of getting them for my other 3 Sigs.
I got the brushed black ones thinking that would match a bit better, but the matte ones are probably the better choice for anyone getting them in the future.
The Elite is the second from the bottom with the brushed black grips on it.
In case anyone looking Platinum elite for $900
heres my first 20 shots with the gun at roughly ~15 feet, very accurate gun, by the end of my session I could easily put all 20 in the inner ring if I wanted to.
at the paracord key chain and VW key. Your sexual preference is under suspicion.
Niiice shooting man.
its okay, my job completely offsets teh possible
thats hot, love the wood grip
