    everytime i work out, i have to shit like a motherfucking horse. Is that healthy?


    everytime i eat after i workout I also shit like, 15-20 minutes afterwards, which isn't normal in my case...

    should i be worried, or is this because i'm putting my body through intense workouts that it's not used to?

    and most of the time, I feel like puking everything that i eat after my workout. I sometimes don't even like the taste of things that i would have normally liked...

    Jesus christ, are you like lifting for an hour non-stop or something? :eek:

    take some rest between sets dude, and try not to go over an hour, i'm pretty sure that test & energy levels drop significantly after an hour of heavy lifting

    i worked out for 45 minutes today...

    it must have been those leg presses... i'm pretty sure it was...

    :dunno: I couldn't imagine myself puking after doing leg presses only, maybe really heavy squats with no rest..then again I'm used to it

    if you're not used to working out with heavy weights, maybe try working your way up before upping you intensity

    i did over a hundred leg presses, is that bad?

    possibly 2 hundred?

    it was real easy...

    i regret it now...

    but i think the leg presses + the deadlifts are what killed me.
    i did 10x4 deadlifts and a lot of rows... too many rows probably...

    I was watching clockwork orange, so i kinda drifted away while working.

    wow. all those reps seem like complete & total overkill dude. i'd probably puke after doing hundreds of reps on anything :rofl:

    it was funny, once i started to feel it, it hurt, real bad, and i stopped. started screaming "agh.." took all my clothes off, and jumped in the shower.

    lol, a little after the shower, i think the shower made the shits worse.

    there's something in my brain that, when I'm 20 minutes pre-workout, I get the huge urge to shit. It's not a complete workout if I don't shit right before... just doesn't feel right. :dunno:


    oh and working out with a full rectum FTL, especially during DL's cause it wants to come out at the bottom of the rep :eek4:

    it's actually kind of funny but i forgot to mention it... I'm typing this from the can whilst taking a pre-workout shit :mamoru: wireless + laptop + bathroom counter = never get bored while you shit

    although a lot of times you might find yourself sitting there for longer than necessary :o
