Anyone have a link to one of these?

I paid 10 bucks the other day for some software that said it could do it and of course the demo version had a 500k limit, figured wtf and bought it only to find out it just throws some damn error every single time I try to convert.

    Thanks in advance :)

Audacity is a free sound editor (you can use it to convert too). Does a bunch of file types, including OGG and MP3.
