Anybody use SyncBack? I have lots of space free on a host I don't use anymore and was wondering what people thought of this? Kind of like doing my own Carbonite system.

I've already got a host, I'm just looking for some software that will automatically upload changed files to the ftp.

If you can map your ftp host as a drive on your computer, syncback should be able to backup to your FTP host.

I just downloaded it. It seems to be working pretty good....It's going to take forever to upload everything initially though. Only 19632 files to go!
